The new 58mm flat vertical burrs are the core of Pietro, and the founding pillar of the revolution, as they introduce a construction geometry designed to guarantee perfect extraction.

The burrs, made of Böhler M340 stainless steel, are covered with a black coating specially made for Fiorenzato burrs, called Dark-T®. And totally innovative. Multipurpose burrs are versatile and able to accompany you from espresso to filter. ProBrewing burrs are designed to obtain the best result in filter preparations.
