Heater built-in to drum patent

For a coffee roaster, the drum is the most crucial component, typically made of stainless steel, with the heater built into it. This design ensures a 360-degree even roast, bringing the beans closer to the heat source. This setup minimizes temperature loss and allows for more efficient flavor development compared to direct-fire roasting.

The temperature can rise by up to 16°C per minute, allowing for the completion of the first crack within 10 minutes.
