The Etz-I is a new top-of-the-line hand grinder from Etzinger. This grinder feels smooth, makes tasty coffee, and has some very convenient engineering touches. The grinding arm tucks away nicely when it's time to pack it up. The grounds-catcher cup connects magnetically to the bottom of the grinder. The Etz-I features the innovative Etzinger technology "RRB" (Rotating Ring Burr) grinding mechanism, in which the outer ring burr of the conical burr set rotates around a stationary inner cone burr.
The handheld Etz-I has two variants designed to accommodate different ergonomic needs: Regular and Trim. Both come with 30-gram grinding capacities, magnetically attached lids and collection cups, retractable cranks, ergonomic handles, an 88-step adjustment mechanism and custom-cut burrs.
The Regular model weighs 705 grams with a 55-millimeter-diameter midsection, while the Trim weighs in at 665 grams with a 48-millimeter midsection.
